About

Hey friend,

Welcome to The Self Worth Lab, a thoughtful space for women committed to doing the inner work that strengthens self-worth, clarity, and personal freedom. I’m LaToya. A writer, ordained metaphysical minister, and creative here in the lab.

For most of my life, I quietly wrestled with feeling “not enough.” It’s a silent battle many women carry while showing up for everyone else; holding families together, building careers, and meeting expectations that were never truly our own.

I understand that struggle because I’ve lived it.

After serving 20 years in the United States Air Force and spending nearly a decade working in cybersecurity, I reached a point where I knew it was time to rewrite my story. I stepped away from the path I thought I was supposed to follow and leaned into what had always been calling me: writing, reflection, and helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Today, through my ministry, The Self Worth Lab, I share reflections, resources, and soulful tools designed to support women who want to live more consciously and confidently. My work includes self-help books, guided journals, digital downloads, and courses that encourage honest self-examination and meaningful growth.

My lived experience and academic study shape my perspective. I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree in metaphysical studies. I am also currently completing my doctorate in metaphysical studies.

But more than credentials, what I bring to this space is curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief that self-worth is something we strengthen through awareness, courage, and daily inner work.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from burnout, or simply seeking a space that invites deeper reflection, you are welcome here.

So pull up a chair, take a breath, and settle in.

You’ve just entered The Self Worth Lab.
